Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
- Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% may apply
- No-show: Full service charge may apply
Service Refunds
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services, refunds for completed treatments are generally not available. However, we are committed to your satisfaction:
- If you are not satisfied with your results, please contact us within 2 weeks of your treatment
- We will schedule a complimentary follow-up appointment to address your concerns
- Touch-up treatments may be provided at our discretion
Package & Prepaid Services
- Unused portions of packages may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus a 15% administrative fee
- Packages are non-transferable
- Packages expire 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated
Product Returns
Skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- Accompanied by original receipt
- Not final sale or clearance items
Gift Cards & Credits
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- Gift cards do not expire
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
